Elite German Shepherd Puppies Available to Add Enjoyment to Your Family’s Life
Families who want to enjoy the companionship of an elite, pure bloodline German Shepherd should consider choosing from a recent litter of female puppies, available through the renowned Wüstenberger-Land kennels spread over 5 acres in Agua Dulce, northeast of Los Angeles off Highway 14.
A collection of updated photos and videos is available on the Wüstenberger-Land site’s dedicated Puppies page.
The puppies have been an outstanding lineage, says Jeanette Kempkes, owner of Wüstenberger-Land and recognized as a top international breeder with a certificate of achievement by the German SV.
The entire bloodline has been genetically tested. Lines for both mothers and fathers have been show-titled, work-titled, and temperament tested.
The puppies’ mother line extends back to VA Jenny vom Laacher-Haus who was perfectly structured with an exceptional temperament, and originates from the breeding Jeannette has done for the past 40 years.
She and her husband Michael Kempkes, owner of Kempkes Executive K-9s, are the only internationally recognized training-breeding team in the greater Los Angeles area.
Michael has titled hundreds of award-winning German Shepherds and also received a lifetime achievement award from the German SV.
Benefits of Female Pure Bloodline German Shepherds
“Female German Shepherds have distinct advantages over males,” says Jeannette. “They’re more loving and nurturing so they’re excellent in homes who desire both companionship and protection.”
Females have a stronger tendency toward protecting families and not just individuals, and their aggression is lower than males.
“They’re not as hard-headed,” is the whimsical way Jeanette describes them.
Benefits of Wüstenberger-Land
Selecting elite German Shepherd puppies through Wüstenberger-Land allows clients access to Michael and Jeannette’s lifetime of skills related to training, nutrition, and their overall input on a dog’s behavior.
Jeannette clarifies that choosing and preparing pure bloodline German Shepherds isn’t a transaction. Instead, it’s a memorable experience for a family to have a dog that will acclimate to their lifestyle.
“Anyone who chooses one of our female German Shepherd puppies in our litter, or any of our dogs in the future, has access to Michael for questions on training and I can be contacted with questions related to nutrition. It’s included. We truly want families to know they have our support so they can get full enjoyment from their German Shepherds.”
Issues may include behaviors like barking in public or nutritional issues.
“When the puppies are mature enough, anywhere from six to eight months old, we can do amazing obedience training by having them housebroken and socialized,” says Jeannette. “If the dog isn’t friendly with other dogs then we can correct the behavior.”
Michael Kempkes has literally gone the extra miles with clients like acclimating dogs for rides in their family’s private jets and custom convertibles. Pure bloodline German Shepherds are dogs that are loyal and thrive on contact with their families.
Nutrition is critical, too.
“We have experience helping dogs live long and healthy lives, and even doubling their lifespan.”
There are no nutritional secrets, notes Jeannette, but plenty of nutritional care is provided.
“We feed our dogs a minimally processed, low starch, low carbohydrate diet with muscle meat, connective tissue meats. Fruits, veggies, and berries are added. Pasture-raised eggs are a plus and we try to avoid a lot of kibble, especially when the dogs are younger and are getting weaned.”
The puppies are weaned locally on goat’s milk.
Jeannette and Michael look for resources that will be an ongoing service for their clients like a holistic veterinarian and working in partnership with a woman who has developed a customized nutrition plan for dogs with a free nutritional analysis, a $275 value.
Additional Services: Exclusive Boarding and Training
Clients have the option to board their dogs at Wüstenberger-Land when needed, and it’s a service that’s exclusive to those who have purchased dogs bred or curated by the Kempkes.
“We’ll offer boarding and training packages that are exclusive for clients,” says Jeannette. “That way, we know the dog’s history and the client’s needs. And our clients are assured that any dogs on our property meet our standards of care.”
Pure Bloodline Difference
Temperament is key to the success of a working dog, champion show dog, and elite family dog. Dogs have differing temperaments and abilities so the Kempkes will ask clients about their goals, needs, and expectations for a dog they choose.
Pure bloodline German Shepherds are elite dogs comparable to elite human athletes. They respond well to the love of the people around them and they’re alert to disturbances without being skittish or nervous. Healthy, positive stimulation and challenges are good for them.
“Think of them like thoroughbreds or Arabian stallions,” says Jeannette.
The dogs are bred to German world standards and are worthy of international competitions and perfectly comfortable lying quietly with family members.
